Claimed fraud with my bank for the charge.

Ad came up on Facebook. The company uses Walmart logo to make it look like they are a Walmart partner. Selling 9' pre-lit Christmas tree at 1/2 off. Placed the order on 10/12/2024 and received a tracking number. First tracking notice showed the product in China. Took until 11/4/2024 for the product notice to be "out for delivery". Then "Delivered at or near mailbox at 2:45pm". Our front door camera recorded NO activity that day, and there was no package delivered. Complained to the company asking for what shipper was used in the US has resulted in no answer other than "Delivery was made to the address on the order". They have offered up to 50% refund, but will not re-ship another product, provide shipper information or actual proof of delivery.

Identical to the previous person’s incident! They called me and gave me some details of a purchase that I supposedly made 1 year ago saying that I owed them $249 for a product of 12 bottles of keto pills!! When I told them that I canceled that subscription back in December 1923 and returned the product to them per their instructions. They also told me back in December that my subscription was canceled and I would not receive any more bills and they would refund my $249. So I don’t believe that I owe them anything and then I checked out the website for them, and no longer exist, and sent me to this website to report it. I see that other people have also experienced the same identical incident as I did. Therefore, I am submitting this so that you can possibly find out who the scammers are. I do not give them any of my information . They then said that they will continue to send me their product as soon as this coming up Friday and I will continue to be charged $249 every shipment! There are a bunch of numbers that call me that starts with 754 331 and the last 4 numbers are always different. Claiming to be with Medicad or Medicare or Debit Assistance. When you call back the number doesnt exist.

I hired San Nuygen and he kept on lagging to come over and do the job and then volunteered to assemble my kitchen cabinets and then quit on me a few days later. He later then held my cabinets hostage and demanded $1000 to get my cabinets back. Which I later negotiated to $500. I paid over $5000 for them and wanted it back so I took the 500 loss.
